Your role as Sales Manager DACH

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager DACH to accelerate sales and growth within the DACH region. As Sales Manager DACH, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business, achieve sales targets and ensure the success of our sales process. You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager DACH and closely collaborate with the Sales Director in executing account plans and market entry strategies. Your target customers will be CPOs (Charge Point Operators) and MSPs (Mobility Service Providers). The position can be filled either on a remote basis from Germany or from our HQ in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.  You will be travelling across DACH on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities

As Sales Manager DACH at Last Mile Solutions you share responsibility for the international growth of our organization in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will:

• Define and execute specific account plans for clients in the DACH region, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Generate new business and reach sales targets (new customers, cross sell), by means of account management, outbound sales and proactive prospecting efforts
• Managing the sales process from start to finish, by building and managing a sales pipeline, and holding client meetings and pitches, preparing quotes, negotiating contracts and successfully closing deals
• Participate in marketing operations and events and rapidly expand the international network
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives
• You develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and solutions to effectively address client needs
• You make optimal use of CRM tools (SalesForce) and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes
• You maintain open and effective communication with management, customers and colleagues to ensure successful collaboration and execution of sales strategies
• Stay well-informed about market developments, industry products,and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar international sales role
• Solid international sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and a strong drive for success

Jouw rol als Customer Care Representative

We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Customer Care Representative voor ons Customer Care team in Rotterdam. Om in deze functie succesvol te zijn, moet je gepassioneerd zijn over het bieden van uitstekende klantenservice. Ons Customer Care team heeft 2 onderdelen waarbij enerzijds de focus ligt op technische support vragen en anderzijds factuurvragen. Voor de positie die zich richt op factuurvragen zoeken we een nieuwe collega. Binnen deze rol zul je direct contact hebben met klanten, die je afwisselend in het Nederlands, Engels of Frans te woord staat, gezien ons platform internationaal operationeel is. Het is een grote pré wanneer je ook Duits spreekt. Als Customer Care Representative de go-to persoon voor onze klanten.  Jij bent de persoon die rustig luistert en met jouw oplossingsgerichte denkwijze ga je samen met de klant het proces in om het probleem zo goed en zo adequaat mogelijk op te lossen. Soms heb je voor complexere vragen de hulp nodig van collega’s in andere teams, die vragen weet je goed uit te zetten. Je bent in staat het probleem duidelijk te omschrijven in ons ticketsysteem (Salesforce) en/of indien nodig mondeling en schriftelijk aan de collega’s verder uit te leggen - je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische support danwel factuurvragen - je wikkelt deze vragen af of zet deze door andere afdelingen met de juiste expertise - je biedt ondersteuning aan klanten (B2B), en klanten van onze klanten (eindklanten) - je beoordeelt hoe urgent een verzoek is en zorgt dat dit met de correcte prioriteit wordt afgehandeld - je vult onze FAQ aan met relevante informatie en helpt de klanten om deze te vinden en te raadplegen - je controleert in het systeem of de facturen juist zijn en bent in staat om de facturen op inhoud uit te leggen. Je wilt de uitdaging aangaan om mee te denken over nieuwe ideeën om onze dienstverlening te verbeteren en projecten op te pakken om dat bewerkstelligen. Je schuift aan in projectteams om een bijdrage te leveren aan continue verbeteringen.  

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Je neemt de verantwoording voor het gehele proces vanaf wanneer een klant een probleem meldt tot aan het afsluiten van het ticket (van A tot Z)
• Je biedt ondersteuning aan onze klanten via e-mail en telefoon
• Je onderzoekt, analyseert en lost problemen op. Tegelijkertijd denk je met de organisatie mee om bepaalde problemen te voorkomen of voortaan efficiënter op te lossen
• Het onderzoeken van grotere en complexe ondersteuningsproblemen, en waar nodig werk je nauw samen met collega’s van andere afdelingen
• Je levert voortdurend proactieve input aan ons product/support kennisteam
• Je documenteert de vraagstukken in ons ticketsysteem (Salesforce)

Your role as a Head of Product

As our Head of Product, you will be managing and further build on the foundation of the relatively new Product Management (PM) team. You will be responsible for bolstering the craft of the PM team members, team dynamics (striving for a well-oiled machine, awaydays, fun) and act as the escalation point for the team. Besides that, you will facilitate product strategy creation, collaborate with Product Managers to draft product strategies and ensuring these strategies form a coherent whole, aligning company strategy with product strategies. Also HR responsibilities for your team, such as performance evaluations, careerpath,- and development, learning opportunities, well-being and honing the craft are part of the job. In this role you will collaborate with and coach executive management to further develop the product mindset and organization, especially the processes and communication required with internal and external stakeholders. You will maximize the autonomy and trust in the PMs and Product Teams to ensure that each can set the vision and strategy for their products and ensure alignment with our overarching company strategy. The boardmembers and the Director of Strategy ultimately create the overall company strategy. As Head of Product you play an important role in orchestrating the alignment between company vision and strategy and its underlying product visions and strategies.

Your core responsibilities are

As Head of Product you are accountable for the outcome and time to market of all product teams. You are responsible for the Product Portfolio performance which involves translating the company goals/targets into tangible outcome targets for the product organization as well as aligning with the product teams on the definition and tracking of product performance and outcomes. In addition Stakeholder Management is an important cornerstone where you act as point of contact for executive stakeholders. Key stakeholders for this position are the MT Team & Director of Strategy, Marketing, Customer Service & CSM, Operations and Finance. You analyze markets, competition and industry trends and conduct research to identify opportunities. And you orchestrate processes and communication lines to internal and external stakeholders. In this role you will be collaborating cross functional with Development, Marketing & Sales to drive product launches and updates.  

You recognize yourself in

• A relevant degree with preferably 7+ years of work experience in an international environment (e-Mobility or FinTech is considered a plus)
• Demonstrated experience with overseeing Product Management in the field of software products
• Fluency in English and a good command of Dutch is a plus

• You have passion for building high-performance teams based on trust and collaboration and driving results through the team.

Your role as Product Manager

As part of the Product Management team, you have the unique opportunity to be co-responsible for the further growth and development of our white-label e-Mobility solutions. Our solutions are focused on Charge Point Operators and e-Mobility Service Providers or on companies from other industries who want to become a CPO or e-MSP. In this role we are looking for a Product Manager that has experience in the fields of Payment, Roaming, API’s or Front-end development and is able to turn our roadmaps into reality, who takes charge of a wide variety of initiatives and brings them to completion. You have a solid understanding of managing software products, their propositions and a proven track record to deliver software solutions. In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with all departments based in the Netherlands and internationally.  

Your core responsibilities are

• Understand, anticipate and prioritize customer needs • Differentiate and create market leading software products while managing the backlog • Design and execute new commercial propositions • Collaborate closely with your colleagues from various departments (Development, Roaming, Connectivity, Sales & Marketing, Operations) • Act as primary communicator to all stakeholders in and outside the company from start till release of each product (feature) or proposition • Keep a fine balance between fulfilling the needs of new and existing customers and our internal stakeholders • Identify and implement external partnerships to bring new propositions to the market • Take a data-driven approach next to your gut feeling while making decisions

• Relevant work experience in an international environment (e-Mobility or FinTech domain considered a plus) • 3-5 years of demonstrable experience as product manager in the field of software products • Preferably experience with either Roaming, Payment, API’s or Front-End development • You have an excellent command of the English language. Your role as Back-end Software Engineer

In a compact, fast-growing team, we develop software for the next generation of E-mobility solutions. That means not just building applications, but jointly building a new team and platform, with the associated challenges. You are an ambitious, result-oriented, hands-on back-end software engineer. Through your experience and enthusiasm, you contribute to the further development of our product. Your expertise is the basis for the quality of our software. Ultimately, you will shape the next generation software for e-mobility and smart energy.  

What you will do as a Back-end Software Engineer

• You will work on the full life cycle of our products, from understanding the underlying problem, designing the architecture, to implementing, testing and releasing • You develop automated tests to increase quality and test for performance & robustness, including edge cases, usability and overall reliability • You run the product, using observability to identify bottlenecks and fix bugs • You will collaborate with platform engineering to implement new components and systems in our IT landscape, to improve performance, quality, CI/CD flows, or user experience of our platform and apps • You collaborate with other teams to improve the platform at large and scale it • Through these various activities, you will be (co-)responsible for designing and building the next generation of our white-label SaaS platform whilst in parallel you also work on our current generation platform.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent through experience) • At least 4 years of work experience in the position of Backend Software Engineer in an agile organization, preferably product-led • You have attestable knowledge of PHP, SQL, working with queues (RabbitMQ) and noSQL (Redis) ór you have an extensive and varied experience in alternatives • Experience in working with dockers/ containers is a must • It is a plus if you also have knowledge of Symfony, CI/CD and devops-related activities • You are not daunted by breaking down monoliths and legacy code into full-fledged macro-services, refactoring existing code and improving quality • You are keen to iterate on code, develop and improve long-lived products, finding and resolving performance gaps • You enjoy working in a young, fast-paced, fast growth environment • You are proactive and a quick learner and continuously improve yourself • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and/or English language
