Your role as Sales Manager DACH
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager DACH to accelerate sales and growth within the DACH region. As Sales Manager DACH, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business, achieve sales targets and ensure the success of our sales process. You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager DACH and closely collaborate with the Sales Director in executing account plans and market entry strategies. Your target customers will be CPOs (Charge Point Operators) and MSPs (Mobility Service Providers). The position can be filled either on a remote basis from Germany or from our HQ in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. You will be travelling across DACH on a monthly basis.Responsibilities
As Sales Manager DACH at Last Mile Solutions you share responsibility for the international growth of our organization in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will:- Define and execute specific account plans for clients in the DACH region, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Generate new business and reach sales targets (new customers, cross sell), by means of account management, outbound sales and proactive prospecting efforts
- Managing the sales process from start to finish, by building and managing a sales pipeline, and holding client meetings and pitches, preparing quotes, negotiating contracts and successfully closing deals
- Participate in marketing operations and events and rapidly expand the international network

Your role as a Head of Product
As our Head of Product, you will be managing and further build on the foundation of the relatively new Product Management (PM) team. You will be responsible for bolstering the craft of the PM team members, team dynamics (striving for a well-oiled machine, awaydays, fun) and act as the escalation point for the team. Besides that, you will facilitate product strategy creation, collaborate with Product Managers to draft product strategies and ensuring these strategies form a coherent whole, aligning company strategy with product strategies.
